Family Focused Therapy is a psychoeducational approach to treating bipolar disorder. Amy and Chris explain the three pillars of the treatment: communication skill training, problem solving, and early prevention. In addition to sharing their own work and research with the treatment, Amy, Chris, and Matt discuss the mental health impacts of the pandemic and how FFT has adapted.
